Today is Information Overload Day!
I have many days where I feel I have information Overload. Did you know the average "knowledge worker" -- basically, anyone who works on a computer -- gets about 93 e-mails a day. If they all sent 10 percent fewer e-mails, it would have a $180 billion annual impact worldwide in the workplace.
I get overloaded with kids, activities, school, friends, family. Just so many things to take in and remember and think about. Even fun things like outings, parties, shopping and movies take up information area in your brain.
